SARAD
The people residing in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries comprise of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious backgrounds and have variations in skin types from light to dark but share a common disease burden. Skin diseases, STD diseases and leprosy cases are very commonly seen in SAARC countries. South Asian Regional Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists & Leprologists (SARAD) is purely an academic forum for interchange of ideas and spread of knowledge on current Dermatology issues among the Dermatologists of SAARC countries.

Promote research and mutual exchange of knowledge and data for the benefit and care of the communities of the SAARC countries.
Health Advisory
Represent Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology of the region in international organizations.

Our Events
Eleventh South Asian Regional Conference Of Dermatology (SARCD XI)
The 11th SARCD was held in Pokhara, Nepal during 15-17 NOVEMBER 2019 at HOTEL GRANDY. Theme of the conference was ‘Diversity in Dermatology’. Total participants were 371. Day 1 Started with Plenary session followed by scientific papers. There were 4 plenary sessions, 21 scientific papers and 27 free papers on different topics. All speakers were eminent dermatologists from all across the world and participants were from all SAARC countries and other countries.
